Volunteer Aerial Technologies provides drone inspection imagery for structures, towers, roofs, property features and other sites across East Tennessee. Aerial inspection can provide a close visual view without requiring the same amount of climbing, lift access or ground travel for an initial look.

Our goal is to collect clear, useful imagery that helps owners, contractors and project teams understand what is happening at the site. Depending on the project, we can capture high-resolution visible imagery and thermal imagery where temperature differences are useful to investigate.

What you receive

Deliverables are matched to the job and can include organized aerial photographs, video, thermal imagery and location-based observations. Tell us what you need to evaluate before the flight so the mission can be planned around the useful angles and details.

Important scope

VAT provides aerial data and imagery, not engineering certification or a substitute for a licensed professional's required inspection. When a project requires engineering, code, structural or other professional conclusions, our imagery can support the qualified professional performing that work.
